Main Dining Hall

Blend of rustic charm with modern day appliances capable of preparing exotic cuisine or simple country fare. The seating is currently elongated benches and tables which help create the communal aspect of backwoods dining.

Guests can feel relaxed while basking in the smells emitted from the kitchen and secure behind layers of log siding and timber framing.

There is an adjoining timber frame screened in porch at the rear of the dining hall, complete with a clear roof for star gazing or basking in the sunlight on the south shore of Hinsberger Lake. There is also an outdoor barbeque to the left of the dining hall for groups who would prefer a less formal meal structure. Both outdoor spaces are accessible from the inside through two sets of beautiful French doors which also permit full view of the accompanying shore line. Our very own Spirit Point herb and vegetable garden is directly adjacent to the main entrance, affording guests the distinction of seeing and participating in the procuring and preparation of their meals. There is an attached washroom facility just inside the doors to provide a venue for tidying up before meals.
